Key Responsibilities:
Full Product Lifecycle Management
Managing the full product lifecycle for all products in assigned categories, ensuring relevance, competitiveness, and profitability from launch to end-of-cycle.
Project Management
Lead category projects including new launches, improvements, end-of-sales, and end-of-cycle actions to optimise portfolio performance by analysing product sales performance and customer feedback to assess strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.
Strategic Product Roadmap
Develop and execute product roadmaps by identify opportunities and product gaps to align with business direction, customer needs, and sales objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Procurement, etc.) to align product strategies and gather cross-functional inputs for product initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields.
Professional certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in product strategy/management, business analysis, or strategic planning.
Preferably experienced in household and home appliances.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
