Job Description
Lead and optimize clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and service delivery
Develop and enforce SOPs across departments
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality
Proven experience in managing operations in general clinics or hospitals
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in English (Japanese is a plus)
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior management role
Background in healthcare or hospital administration preferred
