Job Responsibilities
- Join international projects in e-commerce, fintech, insurance, logistics, and travel
Work directly with Japanese clients to gather requirements, design systems, and manage
development
For BrSE: bridge communication between Japan and offshore teams, manage progress and quality
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development (Java, PHP, .NET, C, Mobile, etc.)
- Japanese proficiency: N2 or higher
- Plus: experience as BrSE/PM/Team Lead, strong system analysis skills
