Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall of Accounting (Monthly-Closing & Quarterly-Closing & Yearly-Closing), Taxation, Customs, and Financial Operations
Develop “Strategic Plan” for Accounting, Tax, and Finance to align with company’s Mid-Term and Long-Term Goals
Strongly understand and communicate about Financial Policies and Performance to Shareholders including prepare Financial Reports & Package
Establish efficient and integrated Financial Systems & Organizational Structures that meet regulatory requirements, and respond to business movements
Provide advice & support on financial matters to Group Companies including Financial Reports & Consolidation Package
Ensure “Compliance with Internal Controls and Corporate Governance Standards” across all Financial & Accounting functions
Lead “External Engagements and Negotiations” with Auditors, Banks, and Government Agencies regarding to financial matters
Maximize Tax Incentives related to Cost Management including BOI Privileges by advising the company’s other divisions to initiate the best Investment Strategies
Oversee the overall process to ensure that Tax Incentives will be obtained in full including ensure that department’s operating costs remain within Budget and initiate Cost Reduction
Manage an Administration, and drive “Strategic Improvements” to support the company’s Mid-Term & Long-Term Business Plans
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with central and local government agencies relevant to the company’s operations
Support all the company’s divisions by offering financial insights and assistance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting with holding CPA and CPD licenses required
At least 15+ years of working experience in Accounting and Financial Reports, and 8+ years working in management role with supervising large teams
Solid Background and Experience in Manufacturing Business is an advantage!
Strategic Thinking, Solid Analytical & Problem-Solving skills, Good Communication & Inter-Personal skills, Attention-To-Detail, Financial Statement Review & Analysis skills, Highly Self-Discipline, and Solid Supervising skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office with Good command of English
