A Global IT Service firm is looking for an AI Solution Engineer for Loyalty Platform Service Division.

The Department is focused on building scalable, next-generation platforms that support the entire Rakuten Ecosystem worldwide, enabling impactful and high-visibility work.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity and streamline operations.
- Design and build advanced AI applications such as RAG systems, AI agents, multimodal solutions, and predictive models.
- Lead the full AI/ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization—with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously introduce innovative approaches that strengthen the company’s overall AI capabilities.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience with scalable, production systems
- 2+ years in AI/ML development, ideally with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal)
- Strong Python skills and experience with key AI frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Good understanding of ML fundamentals and cloud-based system design
