• ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの企画から納品までの全工程を管理し、スケジュール・品質・コストを遵守
• ビジネス部門、ベンダー、技術チームなど多様なステークホルダーと調整し、目標達成を推進
• プロジェクトのタスク・進捗・マイルストーンを設定・管理し、円滑な進行を確保
• テスト計画・実施・品質保証の各工程を監督し、成果物の品質を維持
• 経営層への進捗報告やリスクマネジメントを実施し、プロジェクト全体を統括

Join a global consulting and organizational development firm as a Software Project Manager and take the lead in delivering impactful digital transformation projects. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end software project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and ensuring quality delivery. • Lead and manage software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, vendor, and technical teams to align project goals and priorities.
• Create, monitor, and update project schedules, task plans, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and quality assurance to ensure product reliability.
• Provide regular project reporting and risk assessments to senior management.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 日本国内におけるソフトウェア関連のプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 複数チームにまたがるステークホルダーマネジメント経験
• タスク管理、進捗管理、テストスケジュール管理の実務経験
• 経営陣やシニア層にプロジェクトやリスクの報告ができること

• 日本語：流暢（ネイティブでない場合、JLPT N1相当以上）
  英語：ビジネスレベル以上（部署間のコミュニケーション必須）

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力

• 新しい技術や手法に対する興味、向学心

• Agile / Scrumなどの開発手法に関する知識や経験
• Jira、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツール使用経験
• システム開発やソフトウェアエンジニアリングの経験・知識

• Minimum 3 years of software project management experience in Japan.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.

• Hands-on experience in task and progress management, and test scheduling.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1 equivalent or higher).
• English: Business-level, capable of handling cross-functional communication.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Background in system development or software engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and flexibility in adapting to evolving project needs.
