As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in designing visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that delight millions of users. • Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for mobile apps, games, and cross-industry digital services.
• Create UI flows, interaction designs, and GUI elements that enhance user experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers, and designers to turn concepts into production-ready designs.
• Maintain balance between creativity, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to design documentation, style guidelines, and standards that promote consistency across languages and projects.

必須条件経験・資格：

• モバイルアプリ、Webサービス、またはゲーム分野UI/UXデザインの実務経験3年以上
• Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator、Adobe XDなどのデザインツールに精通していること
• デザインの意図や背景を関係各所に的確に伝えられること
• 複雑な情報を整理・構造化し、ユーザー視点で分かりやすいUIレイアウトを設計できること
• 仕様やユーザーニーズの変化に柔軟に対応し、デザインを継続的に改善・最適化できること

• ユーザー視点で物事を考える共感力と観察力
• チームとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• フィードバックを前向きに受け止め、よりよいデザインを目指すポジティブ思考

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級以上

• ゲームアプリやエンタメ系サービスのUI/UXデザイン経験
• インタラクションデザイン、モーションデザイン、3Dツールの知識
• ユーザー行動や人間工学に関する知識

• Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps, web services, or games.

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to organize and simplify complex information into intuitive layouts.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design intent across teams.
• Flexibility to adapt designs to evolving requirements and user insights.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native fluency (required for collaboration and design documentation).

• English: Intermediate to Business level (for communication with global teams).

• Experience designing for game applications or entertainment-focused services.
• Knowledge of interaction design, motion graphics, or 3D design tools.
• Understanding of ergonomics and dynamic effects in interface design.
