Job Description

A Global Real estate firm is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master.

You will coordinate projects across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth delivery, and continuous improvement of processes.
Your technical understanding will allow you to bridge communication between engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, supporting effective planning, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
- Work closely with engineering leads and product managers to plan, prioritize, and track deliverables
- Translate technical discussions into clear action plans and timelines for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery
- Maintain and update documentation on sprint goals, tasks, and team progress
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback, retrospectives, and workflow optimization
- Support engineers in maintaining sprint focus, clear task definition, and realistic estimations
- Coordinate releases, QA schedules, and deployment timelines with technical teams
- Use AI tools and data-driven insights to improve planning, reporting, and team productivity

Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, other WFH)

Required Skills

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent role in a software engineering environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in practice
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, mobile, QA)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
