業務内容
- PC/MACのセットアップ、トラブルシューティング、O365サポート、オフィスネットワークのメンテナンス、機器修理の調整、調達調査など、一般的なオフィスITニーズをサポート
- ネットワーク関連のトラブルシューティング（Wi-Fi、DNS、TCP、プロキシ、VPN、ルーター、スイッチなど）
- 日本国内のクライアントとは日本語、海外スタッフとのコミュニケーションは英語で行います。英語は読み書きメインですので、会話力に自信がない場合もお気軽にご応募ください！
