カラオケ事業・温浴事業を運営しており、現在東南アジアで拡大を続けているエンターテイメント企業になります。
【海外事業について】
2011 年、海外１号店として韓国ソウル市に江南店を開設以来、現在では、マレーシア、タイ、インドネシアの 4 ヵ国で地域のお客様を対象にカラオケ事業を展開しています。
〇海外事業運営
・中期経営計画に則り、店舗拡大計画の立案、報告。
・各事業部（人事・経理・営業・マーケティング・出店）などの責任者のマネージメント、教育
・各国の商習慣に則り、事業運営
〇店舗拡大
・出店計画立案、損益計算をし予実管理
・店舗スタッフの採用、教育を人事と協業
・他国と連携して SOP の作成、改善
・新規出店に伴い現地の視察、イベント参加
〇海外事業部会議
各国の責任者が集まり、事業報告
