Job Description
日本で30年以上の歴史を持つ企業であり、同社が展開する寿司チェーンは、現在日本国内で売上No.1です。
今後3年間で、マレーシア国内に10〜20店舗の新規出店を予定しており、現在その立ち上げメンバーを募集しています。
日本国内の店舗数：600店舗
海外店舗数：150店舗
グループ全体の従業員数：約40,000名
海外展開国：台湾、香港、シンガポール、タイ、韓国、インドネシア、中国
1店舗あたりの従業員数（推定）：50〜70名
マレーシア法人の従業員数（予定）：約1,000〜1,100名
現在の状況： 2025年2月に、マレーシア・クアラルンプール第1号店をオープン済み。
従業員数は約80〜90名（うちフロアスタッフが約70名）

■必須経験 :
• 日本語能力（N2 相当以上）かつ以下いずれかのご経験がある方
• 小売業・サービス業・物流業など、多店舗または大量雇用を行う業界での人事経験（3 年以上）
• Part-time を含む大量採用業務の経験
• 採用戦略立案～実行までの実務経験
• 勤怠管理、労務管理、労働時間管理等の労務業務の実務経験
• 英語力
