【求める経験・能力・スキル】
・合成医薬品の製造法開発に関する経験（製薬会社もしくは製造委託会社）、あるいは有機合成をベースとした化合物の製造プロセス開発経験
・社外（海外を含む）関係者とのコミュニケーション能力、調整を行うことに抵抗がなく、意欲的に取り組める気質、前向きな姿勢を持っている方
【職種／業界経験】
・医薬品合成製造に関する経験（製薬会社もしくは製造委託会社）
・有機合成に基づく合成法開発の経験
