Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends for cost-saving and risk mitigation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project and operational needs.
- Select and manage suppliers based on quality, cost, and service performance.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee the full procurement lifecycle.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and analytics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities under pressure.
