Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on B2C invoicing compliance across markets, ensuring invoice content and format align with local tax rules
• Collaborate with the Squad Lead to define requirements and perform validations
• Analyse invoicing and tax requirements across countries by mapping and comparing regulations
• Provide guidance on invoice templates and required fields per market
• Collaborate with the Squad Lead to define scenarios and exceptions
• Support documentation of requirements for future product automation
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in tax technology, with a strong focus on invoicing tools
• Hands-on experience with tax engines such as Vertex, Avalara, or Thomson Reuters
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and system integration projects
• Strong understanding of U.S. sales and use tax regulations and invoicing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Project management or systems implementation experience is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools is preferred
