日本の大手アパレル企業では、北米事業を統括するジェネラルマネージャー（COO候補）を募集しています。このポジションでは、戦略的な成長、ブランド開発、複数の販売チャネルにおけるオペレーションのリーダーシップを推進していただきます。
職務内容
企業戦略および売上成長戦略を策定・実行し、全体の事業運営をリードする。
小売・EC・卸売の各販売チャネルにおける業績を管理・最適化する。
北米市場におけるブランド価値を最大化するためのブランディング施策を主導する。
事業KPI達成に向けた戦略的意思決定を行い、リソースを適切に配分する。
卸売事業の拡大と将来的な海外向け新規事業の開発を中心に、新規事業の推進を担う。

電話・メール・会議など、ビジネスでの使用に対応できる高い英語コミュニケーション能力
アパレル業界におけるブランディングおよびリテールマネジメントの豊富な実績
サプライチェーンマネジメント（SCM）を含むバリューチェーンへの深い理解
製造・販売を含む海外事業のマネジメント経験
複数部署を横断する事業オペレーションの統合的マネジメント経験と、KPIに基づいた戦略的意思決定の実績
給与/福利厚生
USD150,000-200,000 (DOE)
