Job Description
Industrial Safety & Legal Compliance Expertise
- Extensive exposure to industrial safety protocols and best practices.
- Well-versed in laws and regulations pertaining to safety and security, including:
- Occupational hazards
- Hazardous waste management
- E-waste handling
- State-specific safety laws (Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat)
- Skilled in designing systems and mechanisms to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for periodic compliance reporting under various applicable laws.
- Strategic planning to align with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) targets set by customers.
- Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of relevant national and regional laws governing workplace safety and environmental standards.
