リージョンのマーケティングカレンダーと納品スケジュールに基づく商品マーチャンダイジング管理
サイト更新、商品発売、ABテスト、パートナー連携時のUAT参加
商品説明、リスティングページ、Webフォームなどの翻訳・校正(ニュースレター含む)
分析データに基づくUXや商品ページの改善と最適化

Key Responsibilities
Execute UX updates aligned with product launches, shipment delays, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the CX Manager
Manage product merchandising in accordance with the regional marketing calendar and delivery schedule
Participate in UAT for site updates, product launches, A/B testing, and partnership implementations
Translate and proofread content including product descriptions, listings, newsletters, and web forms
Use analytics to optimize product listings, site content, and UX flows for improved engagement and conversions
Conduct site optimization tests and competitive benchmarking to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience across devices

EC運用またはパフォーマンスマーケティングの実務経験
日本語:ビジネスレベル以上
ラグジュアリー顧客への理解と適切なコミュニケーションスタイル
Excel上級スキルおよびMicrosoft Office使用経験
日本での就労資格を有する方

英語での業務遂行能力(読み書きレベル以上)
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce operations or performance marketing
Fluent in Japanese (business level or higher)
