＜業務詳細＞
〇日本企業を対象に、新規開拓からニーズ分析や
インド人エンジニアの提案、契約交渉までを担う人材紹介営業
〇インド現地に進出する日系企業への営業や
展示会活動を通じて、提携・協力関係を構築し求人企業を開拓
〇企業の採用課題を分析し、最適な人材マッチングや
採用プロセス改善、体制整備を提案するコンサルティング
〇契約条件の調整から採用後の定着支援・満足度向上、
追加案件獲得までを行うアフターフォロー
〇人材紹介市場や競合状況を分析し、新規サービス開発や
営業戦略に活かす市場調査・競合分析
