■仕事内容
・米国、中国、欧州等において、英語および現地の公用語を用いて臨床開発、メディカル、薬事、営業、事業開発、ライセンス等を推進するグローバル人財 を採用していただきます。
・関連部門メンバーと協力しながら、採用要件の定義から行い、母集団形成施策の検討や、実際の採用フローの実行まで、グローバル人財の採用に関する一連の業務を担当していただきます。

Required Skills
【必須】
・英語ネイティブないしネイティブ並みのコミュニケーションができること
・日本語を用いて関連部門メンバーと連携ができること
・ 英語での採用業務（面接・書類選考）のご経験が2年以上ある方（企業内人事での採用業務もしくはエージェント経験）
・対人コミュニケーション力が高く、最低限の指示のもと自律的に業務を遂行できること
【歓迎】
・社会人経験3年以上の方
・製薬業界もしくはヘルスケア業界における採用業務の経験をお持ちの方
・理系のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
・採用業務に必要なIT/DXリテラシーをお持ちの方
