ポジション概要
当社クライアント（日系Tier 1/Tier 2自動車部品メーカー）は、米国拠点にてダイエンジニアを募集。
主に日本から輸入された金型の組立・試作・調整を担当し、日本人エンジニアとの連携を通じて製品品質と生産性の向上を図るポジションです。日本の製造文化や基準に精通した方を歓迎。
アメリカ国外からの応募も可能で、引っ越しサポートが提供されるポジションです。
職務内容
45〜1200トンのプレス機での金型試作・調整
生産中の金型の保守・トラブル対応
顧客・日本側との金型変更の調整
金型技術者への指導・サポート
金型修理・予防保全の記録管理
金型設計・製造のフィージビリティ検討
図面・技術資料の読解と対応
応募要件
金型・プレス機に関する実務経験（8年以上が望ましい）
自動車業界または金型製造の経験
日本語での読み書き・会話能力（顧客・サプライヤーとのやり取りに必要）
JIS（日本工業規格）の理解
CAD、Microsoft Office、技術文書の操作スキル
体力を要する作業環境での勤務が可能な方
