• ビジネス目標との整合性を確保しつつ、企画からリリースまでのシステム開発プロジェクトをリード
• 社内ステークホルダーと連携し、サービス・ビジネス・システムそれぞれの観点から要件定義を行うこと
• プロジェクト進捗を管理し、タスク割り当てや課題解決を実施して目標達成を推進すること
• エンジニアリングチームとビジネス部門間の円滑なコミュニケーションを促進

• Lead system development projects from planning through release, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Define requirements across service, business, and system perspectives while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Manage project progress, allocate team tasks, and resolve issues to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and business departments.
• Implement and operate Agile frameworks (Scrum), motivating team members and driving efficient delivery.

必須条件 経験・スキル：

• 要件定義からリリースまで、システム開発のライフサイクル全体に携わった経験5年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント、または同等のリーダーシップ経験5年以上

• 論理的思考能力
• マルチタスク
• 問題解決力
• ポジティブ思考で、責任感をもって積極的に仕事に取り組める方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（社内外の調整・顧客対応に必須）
• 英語：会話レベル以上

• リーダーとして部下やメンバーをまとめた経験
• Java、サーバー、データベース、ミドルウェアなどでの開発経験
• ミッションクリティカルな金融システムまたは大規模システム開発経験

• 5+ years in the system development lifecycle (from requirements to release).
• 5+ years of project management or equivalent leadership experience.

• Strong logical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive mindset with initiative and a strong sense of ownership.

• Japanese: Full fluency or native-level proficiency (essential for internal and client communication).
• English: Conversational level.

• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Development background in Java, servers, databases, or middleware.
• Experience in mission-critical financial systems or large-scale system development.
