• Lead the integration of enterprise platforms to streamline and modernize corporate operations

• Drive digital transformation projects from strategy through delivery

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to design and implement scalable business systems

• Identify and execute automation opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency

• Continuously refine system architecture to meet evolving business needs and growth targets

必須条件経験・資格：

• エンタープライズプラットフォームの実務経験5年以上
• システム統合およびプロセス最適化の実績
• 要件収集・ソリューション設計の経験

• 個別の課題にとどまらず、ビジネス全体を俯瞰しながら本質的な価値提供ができる方
• 課題に対して前向きかつ主体的に取り組み、解決に導く姿勢をお持ちの方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：会話レベル以上

• ビジネスプロセス改善やデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）のリーダー経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（年数不問）
• 急成長中のテック企業での実務経験

• 5+ years working with enterprise platforms, with proven expertise in system integration and process optimization

• Strong problem-solving abilities, experience in requirements gathering and solution design

• Japanese: Native level

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience leading business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives

• Project management experience in fast-growing technology organizations
