Company Overview
A globally recognized retail leader is hiring an HR Director to spearhead human capital strategy and drive business growth across Japan and China.
This senior-level role partners directly with the Market CEO and executive leadership, leading transformation initiatives and ensuring HR strategies align with global standards and local needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership within the business unit
Act as HR partner to the Market CEO, joining executive-level discussions
Lead initiatives in HR strategy, succession planning, performance management, org design, and more
Collaborate with the global HR team to localize and implement global programs
Oversee HR operations across Japan and support cross-border collaboration with China
Manage HR budget and resource allocation
Lead transformation and change management efforts across the organization

応募資格(必須)
ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
経営層と協働し、組織改革を推進した経験
人事部長または同等のリーダー職としての経験1~2年以上
HRBPとしての実務経験5年以上
採用・評価・労務・育成など人事領域を広くカバーできる知見
日本国内での就労資格必須

Requirements
Native-level Japanese and fluent English required
1–2 years of experience as Head of HR or equivalent leadership role
5+ years of HRBP or senior HR experience
Broad knowledge across all HR functions
Strong ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
Valid work authorization for Japan
Nice to Have
HR leadership experience in a global organization
Cross-cultural or international collaboration experience
Familiarity with China market operations or support
