Brand & Product Portfolio Expansion: Acquire leading growth brands and exclusive products in beauty, health, and fitness, balancing inventory to optimize customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and international teams to achieve cohesive and effective business outcomes across both categories.
Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and compliance, fostering partnerships that adhere to company’s ethical standards in both beauty and wellness sectors.
Innovative Opportunities: Champion strategic opportunities and innovations in merchandise planning and programming, shaping the future of beauty and wellness at the company.
Financial Oversight: Direct budgeting processes to ensure financial targets align with strategic and business plans.
