日本拠点で、中国の開発チームと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進するポジションです。
グローバル環境で、PDMまたはPMとして日中間のブリッジとなり、開発・運用の最適化をリードします。

職務内容
中国にある開発チームと日本側のプロジェクトチームとの橋渡し役を担う
プロジェクト計画の作成、進捗管理、課題解決の調整
PDM/PMとして要件定義や優先順位付け、タスク管理を実施
日本語・中国語を活用した社内外コミュニケーション
開発メンバーのサポートや進捗報告、品質管理
