• 各部署のマネージャ―らと連携し、採用ニーズを特定・ポジション要件を定義すること
• 求人媒体・SNS・紹介・人材紹介会社などを活用した候補者のソーシング
• 応募者のスクリーニングおよび面接の実施、適性評価
• オファー作成・条件交渉・入社手続きをコーディネート
• 求職者に自社の魅力をしっかり伝えること、エンプロイヤー・ブランディング
• 採用指標のトラッキングとデータ分析による採用プロセス改善
  

Join a global e-commerce and digital services company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in driving the company's growth and technology-driven expansion. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from planning and sourcing to interviewing and offer management. This position offers the chance to partner with business leaders and shape the company's future by attracting and retaining top talent.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
• Source candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding for new hires
• Promote the company as an employer of choice to target top talent
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 採用・ソーシング経験1年以上
• 様々なソーシングチャネルやツールがわかること

• 課題解決力・ストレス耐性（課題を的確に解決し、プレッシャー下でも意思決定ができること）
• ステークホルダーマネジメント（様々な関係者と信頼関係を構築できること）
• 戦略的思考能力（ビジネス目標を理解し、それに合わせて採用戦略を進められること）

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 面接・評価・候補者アセスメント経験（歓迎）
• グローバル企業またはテクノロジー企業での採用経験

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with familiarity in multiple channels and tools
• Experience in interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions under pressure
• Skilled at building strong relationships and maintaining trust with stakeholders
• Strategic thinking to align recruitment with business goals

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices in global or tech-driven organizations
• Experience in learning and development initiatives is a plus
