Description

  • Execute People & Culture strategy
  • Manage sensitive employee cases (e.g., health, conduct, restructuring)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Monitor trends and escalate issues appropriately
  • Partner with leaders, legal, and HR on regional people topics
  • Build a trust-based environment for employees and stakeholders
