職務内容
F&B部門全体の運営管理（レストラン、バー、宴会、ルームサービス）
各アウトレットマネージャーの監督・支援
サービス品質向上のための施策立案・実行
収益管理、コストコントロール、予算策定
スタッフの採用・育成・評価・シフト管理
メニュー開発やプロモーション企画の支援
ISO基準に基づく衛生・安全管理
他部門（宿泊、営業、調理）との連携
