職務内容
日本国内のホテル市場における新規案件の獲得・交渉・契約締結
ロケーション・競合・収益性の調査・分析
提案書・財務分析資料の作成（Excel・PowerPoint）
国内のオーナー、開発業者、仲介会社との関係構築
Vice PresidentとManaging Directorとの連携による戦略的推進
