職務内容

• Ruby on Railsを活用した開発とプロジェクトの管理
• チームのマネジメント：メンバーの育成、コードレビュー
• プロジェクトスケジュールの作成と進捗管理
• 技術的な課題解決と改善提案
• 新しい技術やツールの導入の提案と実施
• Development and project management utilising Ruby on Rails
• Team management: member development, code reviews
• Project schedule creation and progress management
• Technical problem-solving and improvement proposals
• Proposing and implementing new technologies and tools
