Company and Job Overview
A global leader in the rubber industry is looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager – Export Sales to drive its international expansion by managing export accounts, cultivating distributor and customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to global trade standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new export markets and manage existing accounts to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Handle pricing, contracts, and terms with overseas clients and distributors.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure accurate export documentation and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues, and represent the company at trade events.
- Track performance, analyze market trends, and support strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of export sales experience, preferably in manufacturing (rubber, chemicals, textiles).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and export documentation.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
