外資系オーディオ機器メーカーにて、受発注業務を中心にご担当いただくカスタマーサービス職が新たに募集開始となりました。顧客満足度の向上を目指し、社内の各部門と連携しながら円滑な業務運営を支援していただく、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。

職務内容
- SAPを使用した受注処理、納期管理および製品出荷を、正確かつタイムリーに実行
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応を含む、営業部門へのカスタマーサービスおよび管理サポート
- 返品・クレーム対応の実施
- 顧客向けビジネスレポートの作成
