Merchandiser (Footwear and Hardware)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and build up Japan Footwear and Hardware (Packs and Bags) Merchandising strategy, JP Whole product line and DTC channel product line.
• DTC channel Footwear and Hardware products Seasonal buying support.
• Create initial products (Footwear and Hardware) marketing plan.
• Create Footwear and Hardware sales forecast.
• JP Whole Footwear and Hardware products Seasonal buying according to demand forecast.
• Seasonal JP GTM execution support.
• Seasonal SMU plan execution support.
• Analyzing market trend and expect future market opportunities.
• Analyzing product performance in DTC channels and B2B channels by each season.
• Good knowledge of MAMMUT products and competitor products.

勤務地　東京都渋谷区神宮前

給与　400～700万（基本給＋固定残業手当35時間＋ボーナス）

勤務時間　フレックスタイム制（コアタイム10:00-16:00）　8時間勤務

Key requirements / Minimum qualifications

• A person with one or more of the following experiences:
  -Over 5 years’ experiences as Footwear or Hardware (Packs and Bags) merchandiser or product development management in Outdoor or Sports industries.
  - Over 5 years' experience as Retail merchandiser in Outdoor or Sports industries.
  - Over 8 years’ experience as Whole sales representative in outdoor or sports industries.
• Knowledge of outdoor or sports industries, especially Footwear and Hardware (Packs and Bags). -
• Enough experience to use “Microsoft Office” (Excel, Power Point, Word) on daily tasks. - Fluent level communication in both of English and Japanese.
