Job Description

・自動車業界向け樹脂(プラスチック)成型の製造技術部門のマネージャーとしてタイ人と協働しながらご活躍頂ける方を募集しています。
当社は一体成形や複合成形に強みを持っており、タイで約20年近く安定経営を続けています。
【業務内容】
・樹脂(プラスチック)成型製造部門の統括、管理
・射出成型機の調整、作業、トラブル対応など（100トン以下）
・タイ人製造技術部門の育成、教育、技術指導
・品質部門の問題解決、トラブル対応
・工程改善の指導やアドバイス
・日本人上司及び社長へのレポート（週に２回程度）
・日本本社とのやり取り
・その他、日本人上司からの業務
