・ パフォーマンスマネジメント、研修設計、メンタルヘルス・休職対応
・ 採用支援（JD作成、選考調整、オンボーディング等）
・ 労務相談窓口、産業医・安全衛生委員会対応、労基署対応
・ 人事制度・規程の運用と改訂、社会保険・給与対応、HRシステム運用
・ 海外本社との英語でのレポート・コミュニケーション
