- デスクトップ、ラップトップ、モバイルデバイスのセットアップとサポート
- ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアのインストール、更新、管理
- 東京拠点でのユーザーサポートおよび技術的な問い合わせ対応
- IT資産の管理およびドキュメント作成
