Join a leading global manufacturer of electronics and components as a General Affairs Specialist supporting approximately 500 employees at the production facility. This role involves office management, employee support, and event coordination, ensuring smooth operations and a positive working environment. It is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy tackling diverse tasks in a global business setting.
Oversee general affairs operations, including company housing, health checkups, leased vehicles, and internal procedures
Provide support for employees' work needs and address grievances with professionalism
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements in administrative operations
Act as a point of contact for both Japanese and non-Japanese employees in the facility
