国際的に事業を展開する企業にて建設プロジェクトマネージャーの募集です。
施主側の立場で現場をリードし、品質・工程・コストを最適化しながら、プロジェクトの成功に直結する意思決定を担います。多様なステークホルダーと連携し、現場起点で物づくりの価値を最大化できる、ダイナミックでやりがいの大きいポジションです。
- 施主側コンストラクションマネジメント（品質・工程・コスト・安全の統合管理）
- 設計・施工各社との調整、課題抽出と解決策の立案・実行
- 現場での進捗確認、仕様・図書・変更点の整合およびリスク管理
- 予算管理、出来高確認、支払い関連の根拠整理
- 関係各所への報告・合意形成のファシリテーション（会議運営・議事管理含む）
- 建設分野での実務に関する基礎知識、または現場対応の実務経験
- 品質・工程・コストを俯瞰し、複数関係者と合意形成を進めるコミュニケーション力
- 課題を構造的に捉え、現場で実行可能な解決策に落とし込む推進力
- 給与：IDR 80,000,000～
- 車両：社用車・ドライバー貸与
