工業団地の開発・運営を行う企業にて営業の募集です。
首都圏近郊の大規模工業団地を舞台に、入居企業の事業成長と快適な操業環境づくりを支えるやりがいの大きいポジション。日系と現地企業による合弁体制のもと、製造業を中心とした多数の入居企業（多くが日系）とともに、団地運営や関連施設の管理・運営にも携わっています。日本籍の社長のもと、現地と日本双方のビジネス文化を橋渡しし、長期的な信頼関係を育むダイナミックな環境です。
- 工業団地の運営業務全般に関する調整・推進
主に日系入居企業とのコミュニケーションおよび関係構築・維持
- 日本本社との定期的な情報連携・報告・各種調整
- インドネシア語 または 英語での日常会話レベル（必須）
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力（複数部門の社内調整、ローカルスタッフ・顧客・経営層との連携が発生するため）
- 基本給：IDR 40,000,000～50,000,000（手取り）／昇給年1回
- THR：宗教ボーナス1か月分＋その他ボーナス1か月分（パフォーマンスに応じ追加加算あり）
- 交通：社用車・ドライバー貸与
- 住宅：工業団地内サービスアパート提供
雇用形態：現地採用
- 一時帰国手当：日本往復航空券（勤続1年経過後）
医療：民間医療保険加入
- 勤務時間：月～金 8:00～17:00
