Job Description
Position: R&D
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok (Bts Asoke)
Our client is a Health Food bento industry. It operates on a Business to Customer model and specializes in providing low-carbohydrate bentos. The company is a new set up in Thailand , established around July 2025.
Responsibilities:
Calculate and verify nutritional values for products using a dedicated database.
Adapt and refine existing recipes to be compatible with and optimized for manufacturing equipment.
Actively search for and qualify necessary raw materials.
Manage the creation of required product labeling.
Oversee FDA registration and execute other tasks related to the successful launch of new products.
Under the guidance of management, the role is expected to contribute to building an efficient product development framework.
Launching a new business concept in Thailand, utilizing proprietary know-how developed in Japan.
Qualifications:
Must have R&D experience with a Frozen food or prepared meal factory.
Must have knowledge and experience in purchasing and logistics.
English or Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
