Salary:       60,000 – 80,000THB +/- (Negotiable)

Location:   Bangkok (Bts Asoke)

Our client is a Health Food bento industry. It operates on a Business to Customer model and specializes in providing low-carbohydrate bentos. The company is a  new set up in Thailand , established around July 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and verify nutritional values for products using a dedicated database.

• Adapt and refine existing recipes to be compatible with and optimized for manufacturing equipment.

• Actively search for and qualify necessary raw materials.

• Manage the creation of required product labeling.

• Oversee FDA registration and execute other tasks related to the successful launch of new products.

• Under the guidance of management, the role is expected to contribute to building an efficient product development framework.

• Launching a new business concept in Thailand, utilizing proprietary know-how developed in Japan.

Qualifications:

• Must have R&D experience with a Frozen food or prepared meal factory.

• Must have knowledge and experience in purchasing and logistics.

• English or  Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
