Job Description
- Define the vision, strategy, and direction for the asset management company to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Oversee and manage all company operations to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, investors, clients, and regulatory authorities to enhance trust and the company’s reputation.
- Analyze and evaluate new business opportunities, including business expansion, investments, and the development of new products/services.
- Supervise risk management and internal control processes to ensure effective governance.
- Foster and develop a professional, ethical, and collaborative organizational culture.
- Regularly report business performance and key issues to the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of senior executive (C-level) experience in financial services, investment, or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the asset management industry.
- Excellent organizational management, strategic planning, and business decision-making skills.
- High leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
