Sales Manager
Our client in the FMCG industry is currently hiring for a sales manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals to meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate a sales team to enhance performance and motivation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily sales activities, manage inventory and distribution, and prepare performance reports.
- Market Insights & Compliance: Conduct market research, manage budgets, stay updated on product knowledge, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) with 5+ years in sales management, including 2+ years in FMCG or similar sectors.
- Leadership & Sales Skills: Proven ability to lead sales teams, with strong negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and proactive problem-solving.
- Communication & Adaptability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
