COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well-established financial services firm is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to support its growing operations in Singapore. This role offers exposure to both Singapore and Hong Kong regulatory environments and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in compliance and a proactive mindset

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be responsible for managing regulatory and reputational risks across multiple business lines, including derivatives and retail trading products. The role involves advising internal teams, updating policies, handling audits, and conducting compliance reviews and surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advisory across trading and investment products
• Conduct reviews, testing, and trade surveillance
• Prepare regulatory submissions and internal compliance reports
• Review marketing materials and internal policies for regulatory alignment
• Advise cross-functional teams (e.g. Business, Finance, HR, Operations, Risk)
• Support audits and respond to regulatory queries
• Ensure ongoing adherence to applicable laws and regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or a regulatory body

• Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulatory landscape

   

• Product knowledge in derivatives, FX, commodities, and CFDs
