• パートナーとしてサイバーセキュリティおよびリスク領域を担当していただきます
• P&L責任者として営業戦略、サービスデリバリー、チームマネジメント、ソートリーダーシップを包括的にリード
• サイバーセキュリティコンサルティング部門の全体戦略を策定・実行し、事業成長を牽引

Join a major international consulting firm as a Partner in Cyber Security Consulting, leading a team of high-performing consultants with full P&L ownership. You will set the strategy for the cyber security consulting division, strengthen client relationships at the CxO level, and drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence industry direction, mentor future leaders, and build cutting-edge solutions across multiple industries in Japan.

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 consultants in cyber security and risk management with full P&L accountability.
• Define and execute the overall strategy for the cyber security consulting division.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with CxOs and department heads across industries.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and new clients.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in risk and cyber security.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow top consulting talent.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コンサルティング会社のディレクター／パートナーとしての経験
• またはCISO（最高情報セキュリティ責任者）などのインハウス経験
• サイバーセキュリティ（またはITリスク、ITガバナンス、コンプライアンス、IT監査、プライバシー等関連分野）の経験
• 大卒以上

• 顧客のセキュリティ体制を俯瞰し、複雑な課題に対する解決策を提示できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：会話レベル以上

• Proven consulting experience at Director/Partner level, or equivalent senior role such as CISO.
• 10+ years in cyber security, IT risk, IT governance, compliance, IT audit, or related disciplines.

• Ability to shape client security landscapes and provide solutions to complex business challenges.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for client engagement and leadership).
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Strong track record in risk consulting or cyber-related services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams.
• Knowledge of privacy, compliance frameworks, and IT governance models.
