• ロジスティクスおよびオペレーション領域の法務をリード
• 商取引契約、規制対応、コンプライアンスプログラムに関する助言
• 各種商業契約の起案・交渉
• 新サービス・戦略的施策の導入支援
• 規制当局とのやりとり、政策・法改正に関する意見提供・フィードバック
• クロスボーダープロジェクト対応（グローバル法務チームと協働）
• コンプライアンスフレームワークやリスク管理体制の構築・改善

A global technology and logistics leader is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Operations to provide legal support across commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters. This role involves partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives, managing complex legal issues, and shaping the compliance frameworks that underpin operations in Japan. You will play a key role in enabling innovation while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Act as lead counsel for logistics and operations matters.
• Advise on commercial transactions, regulatory issues, and compliance programs.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support the rollout of new services and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with regulators and contribute to policy and legislative discussions.
• Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-border projects.
• Contribute to compliance frameworks and risk management structures.

必須条件経験・知識：

• 大手法律事務所、または多国籍企業における法務経験7年以上
• コマーシャル及びレギュラトリーの両方の経験・知識があること

• 曖昧な状況でも自発的に業務を進められること
• 倫理観、判断力
• 多様なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションをとれること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：流暢

• プラクティス+インハウスの両方の経験があれば尚可
• 規制当局や政府機関対応の経験
• 大規模オペレーションやインフラ関連の法務課題に関する知識
• 物流・Eコマース・テクノロジー業界での知識や経験

• 7+ years in legal practice within a leading law firm or multinational company.
• Background in commercial and regulatory legal work.
• Experience in both private practice and in-house roles preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and ability to work proactively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Japanese: Fluent proficiency.
• English: Fluent proficiency.

• Experience dealing with regulators or government entities.
• Familiarity with large-scale operations or infrastructure legal issues.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries.
