Description

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and align strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures across the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on procurement performance and cost analysis.
• Support sustainability initiatives in procurement processes.

A successful Indirect Procurement Manager should be based in Japan have:

• A strong background in procurement (both direct & indirect professionals are welcomed).
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Japanese, English language skills preferred.
