シニアテストエンジニアとして、金融、保険、自動車など幅広い業界のエンタープライズクライアントを対象とした大規模プロジェクトに携わり、手動テスト、品質保証、プロセス改善 をリードするポジションです。

• Web・ソフトウェアアプリケーションのテスト計画およびテストケースの作成・実行
• 手動テストの実施、不具合の検出・記録・管理
• 開発者やプロダクトマネージャーと協力し、要件を明確化し品質基準を確保
• テスト結果の記録・不具合管理（Jira、Bugzilla使用）
• 要件レビューへの参加、テスト可能性の評価
• その他、テスト戦略やベストプラクティスの策定・改善に貢献すること
  
  

A well-known digital and IT solutions provider is seeking a Senior Test Engineer (Direct Contract) to support enterprise clients across industries such as finance, automotive, and insurance. This role focuses on manual testing, quality assurance, and process improvement, offering a chance to work in a global, fast-paced environment with world-class clients.

• Create and execute test plans and test cases for web and software applications.
• Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Record and manage test results using tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Participate in requirement reviews and assess testability of features.
• Contribute to testing strategy, process improvements, and best practices.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 手動テストの経験が豊富で、テストプロセスに精通していること
• 明確で体系的なテストケース・テスト計画を作成できること
• 不具合管理ツール（Jira、Bugzilla等）の使用経験

• 問題解決力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（母国語でない場合、N2またはN3以上）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• Agile/Scrumチームでの実務経験
• パフォーマンステスト・セキュリティテストの知識
• SDLC / STLC（ソフトウェア開発/テストライフサイクル）の理解

• Strong background in manual testing methods and processes.
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3 certification) is required.

• Japanese: Business-level (N2 or N3 equivalent).
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Understanding of performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
