• SIT、UAT、リグレッション、パフォーマンステストのテスト戦略の策定・実行管理
• 各テストフェーズの RACIマトリクス作成・管理、ガバナンス、サインオフ、クロージャー対応
• UT & SITのテストケースレビューとガバナンス支援
• UAT計画の立案、実行支援、ビジネス部門との調整
• SAP R2Rモジュールのテスト実行、ユーザー問い合わせ対応、スクリプトレビュー
• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) を活用したテスト計画立案およびテストパッケージ作成
  

A leading provider of digital and technical solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to oversee testing activities for enterprise-level clients in Japan. This role involves managing comprehensive testing phases including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing, with a particular focus on the SAP R2R module. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the automotive industry while ensuring governance, compliance, and smooth execution of testing projects.

• Develop and oversee detailed test strategies for SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing
• Create and manage Test RACI matrices for all testing phases, ensuring test governance, sign-off, and closure
• Conduct UT & SIT test case reviews and provide governance for smooth test approvals
• Lead UAT planning, execution support, and coordination with business stakeholders
• Assist with SAP R2R module test execution, user inquiries, and script reviews
• Set up test plans and create test packages in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for end-to-end management

• SAP環境でのテストマネジメント経験8年以上
• SIT、UAT、リグレッション、パフォーマンステストの実務経験
• SAP R2Rモジュールおよび統合テストの知識
• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) によるテスト管理の実務経験

• 8+ years in Test Management within SAP environments, preferably in the automotive sector

• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing
• Proven expertise in the SAP R2R module and integration testing
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) test management

• Excellent communication with stakeholders, governance, documentation, problem-solving, and coordination abilities

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience working in global enterprise projects within the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex test challenges
