PR/123245 | Japanese Speaking Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production teams across Injection Molding, Assembly, and Mold Maintenance.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring production schedules are met on time and with high-quality output.
• Monitor production processes to implement continuous improvements and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide strong leadership, training, and guidance to all production staff, including machine operators, assembly line workers, and maintenance technicians.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for your team.
• Foster a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of all molding equipment and molds to prevent production downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to molds, machines, and processes quickly and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

   

• Experience: Proven experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing company.
• Language: Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and key team members.
• Skills: Extensive experience in the production section, including scheduling, training, Kaizen, and other activities related.
• Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and hands-on approach to management and continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
